Reporting to the Director, the SAP SuccessFactors Manager will be responsible for providing services to clients, expanding SAP business in SuccessFactors area, and performing project management roles. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
- 10+ years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation project
- 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation project
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors solutions (plus)
- Proficient in English (Business Level)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
- Good leadership skills and experience of managing a team
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical and logical thinking
- Mastering in using Microsoft Office tools
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure
- Willing to travel both domestic or overseas
