Responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative research techniques, competitive intelligence, and assisting the Digital Project Lead to determine new digital trends and directions.
Requirements
- Perform quantitative and qualitative market research
- Support Digital Project Lead in determining digital roadmap and provide support in future planning
- Develop internal assessments through interviews with internal subject matter experts
- Support and drive deliverables pertaining to annual operating planning and strategic workforce planning
- Ensure quality control of data/research and preparing presentation materials for senior management
- Hold custodian of the digital governance process, including budgeting review, tracking and reporting
