6-8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, proven experience scaling marketing programs, ownership of influenced pipeline and/or revenue

5+ years of backend engineering experience, strong proficiency in Go, solid understanding of database design, experience designing APIs, strong product sense, and a collaborative mindset

6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, strong familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes, and excellent communication skills

7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, editorial leadership, or related roles, with strong editorial judgment and taste, and ability to use data to inform decisions

8+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience, 3+ years managing closing roles, and a track record of building sales methodology

4+ years of product management experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and prior startup experience

6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills

2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, experience with construction permits, and strong research and communication skills

5+ years of customer success experience, experience owning a strategic book of business, and strong business acumen
