Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Band 6/7 Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team in the Neurosurgery department at RSCH in Guildford. As a Band 6/7 Locum Neuro Physiotherapist, you will work in an acute neurosurgical ward and provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions.
Requirements
- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience working with neurosurgical patients
- Ability to manage a caseload of complex patients, including those with brain and spinal injuries
- Experience in respiratory care, including suctioning and cough assist
- Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Band 6 level or equivalent experience in physiotherapy
