Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Post Covid Recovery team in Taunton. As a Physiotherapist role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients recovering from Covid-19, with a specific focus on those experiencing long-term conditions such as ME/CFS and Post Covid-19 Syndrome.
Requirements
- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Awareness of long-term conditions, specifically ME/CFS and Post Covid-19 Syndrome
- Experience in managing breathing pattern disorders and restorative movement
- Demonstrated experience in clinical practice within the NHS or equivalent healthcare provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team
