Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biochemistry Biomedical Scientist to join our client’s team in Burton, Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy NHS biochemistry department, supporting a 24/7 shift system.
Requirements
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- NHS experience is essential
- Post-registration experience in clinical biochemistry
- Completion of or working towards a specialist portfolio in clinical biochemistry (desirable)
- Experience working within a 24/7 shift system
- Familiarity with analyser maintenance and quality control procedures
- Experience using Roche series analysers and Winpath LIMS (advantageous)
Benefits
- £22.00 – £26.00 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week (24/7 shift system)
