Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist - Community Intermediate Care - Luton

We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Community Intermediate Care and Reablement Service. In this role, you will provide essential physiotherapy input to patients within the Reablement and Adult Social Care caseload. Your expertise will be vital in supporting patients' recovery and enhancing their functional independence in the community.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Must hold a relevant degree in Physiotherapy
• Must have experience in community physiotherapy settings, particularly in intermediate care and reablement services
