Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client in Bedford, Bedfordshire. This full-time role will complement the current structure of consultant and trainee psychiatrists within the community mental health team.
Requirements
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register for General Adult Psychiatry (or within 6 months of CCT)
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
- Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience in adult psychiatry and multidisciplinary team working
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
