We are seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Microbiology to join our client’s team in York Hospital & Scarborough General Hospital. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Experience in Microbiology within a clinical laboratory
• Experience with culture and sensitivity testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• NHS experience
