Manage a team of 6 operators, ensure safety and quality, optimize productivity and costs, and contribute to the development of team members' skills.

Requirements

• First experience in team management in a production environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in computer tools and production systems
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset
