Limited Term Lecturer, Communication

The Department of Communication & Creative Arts is seeking Limited Term Lecturers (LTLs) in English to teach introductory Communications courses, including public speaking, on campus and/or online. The successful candidates will have a Master's degree in Communication or a related field and strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Teach on campus and/or online courses in introductory Communications courses
• Follow the syllabus and curricula provided
• Maintain office hours and provide feedback to students in a timely manner
• Maintain FERPA and Title X certification
• Assist with program-related duties and administrative tasks
• Understand and adhere to University policies and guidelines
• Have competency in effective and appropriate online (synchronous and asynchronous) delivery and in-person instruction
