5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, Owner representative or Landlord, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget

10+ years experience in building operations, construction management, or capital projects, proven leadership experience, strong knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies

3-5 years of experience in property management and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field

2+ years of experience, paralegal or law clerk diploma, strong communication skills

2-7 years of experience in estimating, with strong Excel and Bluebeam skills, and excellent written and verbal communication

5+ years of experience in accounting, strong communication skills, and ability to plan and organize work

Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing, Bachelor's degree in Business, exceptional analytical and communication skills

High school degree, no experience required

8+ years experience in procurement role related to construction, real estate or property management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of strategic sourcing requirements and practices
