Full Time Creative Systems Architect & AI Production Lead

The Creative Engine is a growth engine that uses AI to create advertising that makes people stop, feel, and buy. As the Creative Systems Architect & AI Production Lead, you will build the foundation of this engine, creating a complete brand from scratch in 48 hours and producing high-performing video ads for clients.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with text-to-video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of image-to-video animation techniques
• Mastery of AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering for consistent, high-quality outputs
• Background in videography, video editing, or creative direction
• Understanding of cinematography, framing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Color grading and post-production skills
• Experience with creative that actually converts (ads, not just pretty content)
