Job Description
The Creative Engine is a growth engine that uses AI to create advertising that makes people stop, feel, and buy. As the Creative Systems Architect & AI Production Lead, you will build the foundation of this engine, creating a complete brand from scratch in 48 hours and producing high-performing video ads for clients.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with text-to-video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of image-to-video animation techniques
- Mastery of AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering for consistent, high-quality outputs
- Background in videography, video editing, or creative direction
- Understanding of cinematography, framing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Color grading and post-production skills
- Experience with creative that actually converts (ads, not just pretty content)
