We're looking for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team. The role requires strong experience in direct-response creative, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and the ability to work at pace.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in direct-response creative strategy for DTC e-commerce (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Strong background in Meta Ads, especially in high-volume creative environments
- Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for creative teams
- Ability to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction
- Strong copywriting skills with understanding of direct-response frameworks
- Deep understanding of DTC consumer psychology and scroll-stopping principles
- Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and UGC creators
- Highly data-driven mindset. You prioritise performance over creative preference
- Clear, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership
