Job Description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels, with a focus on Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands, a strong grasp of unit economics, and experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
- Track record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)
- Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin
- Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who can explain performance and strategy to non-marketers
