We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join our PVH ANZ team for a 14-month fixed term position. The successful candidate will manage and utilize our existing e-learning platform to facilitate virtual, online, face-to-face and classroom programs.
Requirements
- Previous experience within L&D and / or Training, preferably within the retail industry
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 or its successor) and relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated administrative experience in learning management systems
- High degree of computer literacy and proven experience using MS Office suites, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Previous experience designing, administering, communicating and facilitating L&D programs and processes
- Excellent presentation and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritise training whilst juggling priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and manage ambiguity, complexity and confidential information
- Ability to travel domestically to facilitate training
