Requirements

• 7-10 years' relevant experience in product development and merchandising for a fashion retailer
• Proven track record in shaping and improving projects and process within the fashion industry
• Strong understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills with the ability to generate meaningful data insights to take commercial decisions
• Communication skills: advanced ability to clearly convey information both written and orally to executive internal stakeholders
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Fluent English both written and verbal
• Ability to travel abroad
• Education: a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
