Pylon is building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data, which helps B2B companies manage customer support and success. They are a rapidly growing company backed by venture capital firms and have a mission to improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, in-person position focusing on content marketing.

Requirements

• You've done the work before and can work autonomously
• You're creative, organized, scrappy, and biased toward action
• You're a clear, concise writer and able to write in a startup-friendly, non-corporate tone
• 2+ years of content marketing experience
• 2+ years working at a B2B SaaS startup
