Requirements
Background in insurance claims with technical competencies and operational understanding
Collaborative and adaptive leadership style with stakeholder management skills & confidence to navigate change
Comfortable with challenging traditional ways of thinking in a constructive and respectful manner
Mindset that thrives on innovation, process improvement, and exploring better ways to deliver claims services
Passion for building inclusive teams and a demonstrated commitment to diversity
Experience working across regions and with Australian stakeholders is a plus
