Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Non-Life Treaty Underwriter for our reinsurance business with primary responsibility for the leadership and development of our P&C portfolio in the Netherlands. The role is hybrid working based in Brussels or Amsterdam.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch speaker
- Strong profile/track record in Non-Life Treaty Reinsurance
- Previous portfolio management experience over a minimum period of 5 years
- Demonstrable experience in the reinsurance industry and extensive knowledge of Property and Casualty lines of business
- Strong technical expertise in Non-Life Treaty Reinsurance
- Ability to negotiate complex treaty structures
- Stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills
