Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead project teams, contribute to methodology development, and take active responsibility for client relationships and business growth. The role involves managing consulting engagements, developing strategic capabilities, and shaping solutions to complex customer challenges.

Requirements

• National Security and/or consulting experience
• Leadership/mentoring experience in Business Analysis, Business Change, Technical Consultancy, Product Development, Agile Delivery, and Project and Programme Management
• Experience contributing to the identification of requirements and development of new methods and tools
• Experience leading research and analysis strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
