- Delivers bill in a timely manner and accurately processes payment, returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests
- Interacts with the staff and guests in a positive manner as to achieve our desired result of achieving 100% guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the menu in order to assist with guest inquiries/requests as well as be able to accurately identify food and beverage items
- Assisting in other essential FOH duties, including but not limited to: Answering phones, Taking to go order and handling payments accurately, Accepting reservations and managing them in order to prevent over booking of the restaurant, Assisting hosts in greeting and seating of guests, Assisting expos in delivering of food to guests, Assisting bussers with pre-bussing, bussing and resetting of tables, Completes tasks for each shift according to the needs of the restaurant.
