Banking Operations Manager - Cards (French & English fluency)

As a Back Office Manager (Cards), you'll analyze and manage incoming card payment disputes and chargeback requests with precision and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial and risk management processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in back-office or Customer Support in a banking or finance environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Analytical mindset, organization and rigor, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
