Job Description
We are seeking a Sheeter/Cutter Operator to join our team in Franklin, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a precision cutter, performing tasks such as order confirmation, and maintaining the cutter area. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting wage and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials.
Requirements
- Previous sheeter (roll tender) experience preferred
- Ability to perform work-related functions requiring math skills and Basic English
- Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance
- Computer proficiency
- Troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of the USA dating system
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, stand long hours (12-hour shift), and use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement
