Job Description
Quad is currently seeking experienced Finishing Operators to work at our Wisconsin locations. These operators are responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer specifications. In addition, the individual selected for this role will be expected to lead by example by holding employees accountable to Quad's safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience operating machinery
- Ability to bend and lift 10-15 pounds continuously
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts including days, nights, evenings and weekends
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
