We're looking for a Title Operations Consultant to play a key role in establishing our Settlement Consulting Service, which will provide clients with expertise, support, and software to launch new title and closing operations.
Requirements
- Conducting operational audits of lenders, brokerages, and other real estate companies
- Establish a repeatable framework to empower clients to launch new title and escrow businesses
- Deliver best-in-class consulting service
- Monitor customers' internal processes and procedures
- Assess client readiness for AI adoption and identify high-impact use cases
- Guide clients in implementing AI-powered solutions
- Develop change management strategies
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies in real estate and title operations
