Job Description
We are looking for an experienced statistical programmer to lead our clinical programming team and contribute to high quality analysis. The role will involve developing and delivering clinical datasets and outputs using SAS, with a focus on SDTM and ADaM standards. The successful candidate will take real ownership of their work, lead projects, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- BSc or Masters degree in a numerate discipline like Maths or Statistics or similar
- Extensive experience in SAS programming in clinical research studies
- Experience working in a CRO
- Experience in leading studies, including client facing experience, scope management, active risk management
- Practical experience working with CDISC standards, specifically SDTM and ADaM datasets, along with familiarity using Pinnacle21 for compliance checks
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior programmers, providing guidance and reviewing work
