
Job description
As the Head of Systems Delivery, you will lead cross-functional teams to build, install, and deploy full-stack, silicon spin qubit-based quantum systems. You will be responsible for delivering systems successfully, even when they are new and evolving. The role requires strong systems engineering, quantum engineering, or senior technical delivery background, grounded in hands-on technical experience.
You will lead the day-to-day execution of system delivery and deployment, from planning through commissioning. You will own delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. You will also build and continuously improve playbooks, documentation, and quality standards for system installation, bring-up, validation, stabilisation, and acceptance.
