Job Description
Sr. Unified Communications Engineer position requiring at least 5 years of experience in IT systems and technology in a telecom environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with IT systems and technology in a telecom environment
- Knowledge and experience with configuration and maintenance of gateways, routers, switches, firewall, DNS, DHCP, network servers platforms, TDM, Dialogic, VoIP systems
- Experience with SIP, H.323 protocols, dial peers, and VoIP carrier trunking
- Ability to translate business requirements into Unified Communications requirements
- Experience with IVR, Contact/Call Center support
- Experience with engineering analysis of Unified Communications alternatives for government public safety agencies
