We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that TRIRIGA solutions align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the designing the IBM TRIRIGA System leveraging Out of Box as a baseline.
- Map business processes into TRIRIGA functional workflows across multiple modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and process flows to guide technical teams.
- Support TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Work with technical teams to define and validate integrations using MREF (Maximo Integration Framework), APIs, and web services.
- Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption.
- Responsible for developing Test strategy, plan and test cases for System testing.
- Act as a liaison between clients, functional consultants, and developers to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure solutions follow IBM TRIRIGA and IWMS industry best practices.
