Lead Backend Developer

We are seeking a Lead Backend Developer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a key part of our new ground control station team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features for our ground control station software and working closely with stakeholders from various departments.

Requirements

• Completed a technical university or comparable background with a finished degree
• Highly experienced in application development with Rust, C++, or C#
• Experienced in setting up development processes
• High-level analytical skills and ability to design and lead technical decisions
• Self-motivated and able to drive area of responsibility independently
• Excellent communication skills in English
