As a Senior Robotics & Machine Learning Engineer, you will shape the next generation of autonomous ground systems. You will design and implement core components of our end-to-end autonomy stack, and collaborate closely with experts across software, hardware, and mission systems to integrate the right sensors, algorithms, and architectures into robust field-ready platforms.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Rust, plus solid Python skills.
- Proven experience deploying ML components in real autonomous or robotics systems.
- Expertise in embedded systems and high-performance robotics software.
- Ability to guide AI-assisted development tools effectively.
- Technical leadership: breaking down complex autonomy challenges into clean, reliable solutions.
- High quality standards: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, documentation.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence in supporting teammates.
