Technical Program Manager – Market Data, Trading and Exchange Connectivity

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery and integration of real-time exchange market data feeds and third-party market data applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or infrastructure delivery within trading, market data, or low-latency systems.
• Strong understanding of real-time exchange market data, feed handlers, multicast connectivity, and data distribution patterns.
• Experience managing third-party market data applications and mid-frequency vendor feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE).
• Ability to coordinate across infrastructure, network, and market data development teams in a distributed environment.
• Familiarity with colocation environments and provisioning workflows in latency-sensitive architectures.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills.
