We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Internal Audit to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of our internal controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal audit or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with audit software and tools
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, auditing, and internal controls
