Recruitment - Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying and filling key roles, and building strong relationships with our clients and candidates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong network of contacts in the recruitment industry
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
