As a Key Account Manager for Questel, you will develop and retain customer portfolios in Italy, leveraging expertise to build trust and credibility. You will develop and maintain business, sales, and marketing plans, manage and grow existing accounts, and prospect for new clients. You will also monitor the competitive landscape, manage complex sales processes, and retain customers through interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience and account management ideally selling Legal Services or SaaS platforms
- Fluency in English and Italian, with any other language as a plus
- Proven top performer with a track record of selling and closing transactions over 100K service
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a mostly remote environment with minimal supervision
- Training in'solution' or 'customer-centric' selling
- Experience with CRM software
