Job Description

This role focuses on initiating and processing billing claims, managing denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for services. Brightree billing software is used to validate codes and manage accounts.
Requirements
- Read and understand medical terminology.
- Review clinical documentation for Medicare compliance.
- Verify payor sources and insurance eligibility.
- Apply correct modifiers and HCPCS to claims.
- Submit accurate claims using Brightree billing software.
- Reconcile billing errors daily.
- Manage account receivables and maintain payments within 90 days.
- Adhere to all regulations and agency requirements.
