Job Description
We are seeking a Director of the Emergency Department to join our team at Mimbres Valley Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and directing Nursing activities, developing budgets and policies, and providing leadership to personnel.
Requirements
- 5 years RN experience
- 2 years in critical care
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Ability to follow directions and perform work according to department standards
- Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span
- Ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret appropriate information
