Program Analyst

Role Overview

Support the U.S. Navy's FF(X) Frigate Shipbuilding Program Office (PMS 410) with tasks such as managing distribution lists, attending meetings, and updating SharePoint sites.

What You Will Do

Manage weekly and biweekly distribution lists, attend meetings, oversee SharePoint sites, develop briefing packages, and track changes to ship allowances.

Requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in support of Navy Shipbuilding Programs preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience or a High School diploma with 5-10 years of experience
• Experience working in support of Navy Shipbuilding Programs (Preferred)
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
