Job Description
RWB is seeking a skilled Level II Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on experience with industrial equipment, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and assisting technicians. The goal is to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and mentor junior staff. RWB is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets.
Requirements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
- Train and support Level 1 technicians.
