Test Engineer

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Space Test Engineer to provide technical support to a new Space Program. The candidate will design and perform agile testing for all phases of the system lifecycle and support programmatic activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering)
• US Citizen with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to lead Test Integrated Product Teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills to include documenting and archiving test material
• Direct experience with DoD testing principles and best practices
• Experience with developmental or operational testing of Space and/or Electronic Warfare systems
• Experience with Test and Evaluation of complex, highly technical systems
• Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and technologies
• Experience overseeing test execution
• Experience writing test plans, procedures, and reports
