Job Description
Rainforest Carwash and Oil Change is seeking a Manager Trainee for the Lucedale area to assist with daily shop operations. The role offers opportunities for salary increases and bonus pay, as well as team member benefits. Training will be provided on all vehicle makes and models.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and general computer skills
- Previous experience managing a business, hiring employees, and handling cash
- Automotive maintenance or mechanical experience is a plus
- Five day work week
- Work schedule typically late in the day (8pm or earlier)
- Four 50-hour week
- Weekend work expected
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
