We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. No automotive sales experience required!
Requirements
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
