Group Manager - EC Logistics Development Department

Role Overview

Lead a team of 10 full-time employees in the system development department responsible for Rakuten Group's logistics services and logistics-related data/API services. Oversee end-to-end management of systems, including projects, products, quality, costs, and personnel.

What You Will Do

Determine project direction, manage team, collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize development tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs. Foster growth of the group by hiring and mentoring leaders.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or project management
• Over 3 years of people management experience for engineers

• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in budget management
