Quality Assurance Specialist - System Division

Role Overview

The System Division is an organization where you can engage in all tasks related to all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc. It takes the important role as IT that determines the failure or failure as the social infrastructure--banking business while it aims to create new value with differentiated products of other banks.

What You Will Do

Manage process quality from requirements definition to system release, review development products, perform quality judgment, analyze the cause of system faults, and provide countermeasures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience in software quality management (QA) at a system company
• Ability to perform quality analysis
• Strong summarization skills and excellent Japanese writing proficiency
• Ability to build smooth communication with various organizations
• Proactive in thinking and taking action
• Flexible and positive in handling sudden changes in circumstances
