Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with financial experience for their property. The job involves daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community, reviewing resident files and accounting records, and promoting resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
