Lead Installer

Role Overview

Performs installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. Leads a 2-person installation team on a regular basis.

What You Will Do

Installs HVAC and control systems, trains and mentors installation technicians, procures materials, and responds to emergency situations.

Requires ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Must be an effective communicator with strong customer relation skills and a team player.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Associates degree or climate control certificate in HVAC preferred and/or 2+ years of experience
• EPA Certification
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
