Environmental Compliance Policy Specialist - Air

Role Overview

The Environmental Compliance Department serves as an advisory resource to the Operations Departments. The candidate will summarize compliance requirements including federal and state statutes and regulations that govern the oil and gas industry for the Company.

What You Will Do

Works with Environmental Compliance Management to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; supports the implementation of corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Collaborates with other departments to resolve compliance issues; provides reports on a regular basis to keep the Environmental Compliance Management Team informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in environmental, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience or master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Pennsylvania air regulations and general permits GP-5/5A and exemption 38 is a plus
