RAPP is seeking a Content Author to create and manage web content, integrating modules, implementing configurations, and localizing web applications. The role involves uploading content, performing webmastering, participating in testing, ensuring site administration, and managing multimedia elements to improve SEO and deliver a high-quality user experience. Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information and communications technology (ICT) or related field
- Proven experience in using Service management systems such as HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Proven ability to follow practices and processes to ensure high-quality support services to the clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
