Job Description
Rapport is seeking a Manager, Accounting to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in the month-end close process, review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations, and assist in preparation of R&D contract accruals and related analyses.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related work experience with a mix of public and private experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is preferred
- Excellent accounting and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
